Very Disappointed With My New Vehicle Delivery
Let me start by saying that I have owned eight new Hondas, and I have never experienced a delivery that was this disappointing. I have purchased vehicles from both Sarasota Honda and Bradenton Honda in the past, and every one of those experiences was excellent. What a positively amazing experience at Hendrick Honda on Route 64 in Bradenton. Richard my salesperson and Walter the manager we're both transparent with pricing and willing to negotiate and beat other Honda pricing on leasing the 2026 CRV Hybrid Sport. They were patient in answering all my questions and I never felt rushed. As was the finance person whose name I forgot... I cannot say enough about this dealership! Beautiful new dealership with excellent inventory selection and state of the art facility. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly during our recent visit with my wife's Accord Hybrid. Reagan is very knowledgeable in advising what work we needed to do, as well as what we could wait on until our next visit. I purchased a car here a little over a week ago Dec 28th. They required me to pay $1500(!) for a LoJack subscription that tracks the car (Stolen Vehicle Recovery System). I asked multiple times if the LoJack could be removed since we wanted to pay cash for the car, and didn't need an expensive tracking system, but they said it was already installed on my brand new 2025 car.
